INVESTMENT IN WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
We need to investment in a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects that ensure we have multiple sources of water. We need investments in imported water reliability, local groundwater resources, recycled water for industrial uses, and direct reuse water systems.
All water agencies and utilities (public and private) need to collaborate on solutions that benefit each of our respective organizations individually as well as contribute to the long-term water reliability of our region.
As the member of the Central Basin MWD board I am an advocate for larger water systems helping smaller water systems. By working together we address our new water climate reality.
